“Update - Finch came out to correct their install mistakes that they made on initial install. They seemed to do a good job. Only issue was the remounting of the overflow drain pan underneath the system, it was angled a little more than I would expect it to be rather than it being level. All in all, they did admit to their install mistakes and fixed or added the missing items. With that said I would use them again do to this and their service. Only reason I didn't update to 5 stars was the inconvenience and that it should have been done right the first time at initial install. Thank you Finch/Church Services!

They installed 3 systems in my home a few years ago and after they sold out to Church Services I had another Qualified Lennox dealer come out to do our 6 month inspection and they pointed out numerous install flaws and issues. One system was missing a Transition between the furnace - evaporator coil which causes loss of capacity /airflow issues and will prematurely cause coil failure. On another system that was built into a hall closet they failed to properly seal the back half of the supply plenum/air handler and some duct work at install which is causing major multiple air leaks in the system, which means the system is working more often and harder to keep that area cool which will eventually wear the system out much faster due to a very poor install. To fix it, the other Lennox dealer said they would either have to remove the system and reinstall it properly (Thousands of $$$) or cut out a bunch of hallway drywall so they could seal it. It should have been properly installed from the get go. And Finch never mentioned any of the major air leaks in this system when they would come out for the 6 month inspections.“
