Dog chewed up communication wire to thermostat and apparently blew a fuse. Technician Chris showed up first thing in the morning and was able to diagnose issue right away. Had parts on truck to make quick repair even under adverse conditions of the pouring down rain. 5 star service!! Will never hesitate to use The Original Kingwood Air on any future needs.
The Service tech was on-time, courteous and completed routine maintenance on our A/C units. We use Kingwood Air Conditioning and Heating before the summertime heat every year to maintain our A/C.
