They showed up during time frame promised. They were willing to go on the roof of my condo building to repair my outside A/C unit; whereas the other A/C repair company American Homeshield sent refused to do this. They got the job done quickly and my A/C is working perfectly. They were professional and courteous also. Of course American Homeshield covered the majority of the cost after my co-pay.
I was not able to see what was replaced on the outside as he had to replace the Capacitor as I had to work and I am not sure if I should have trusted Isaiah the Technician but reading the reviews he ends up charging homeowners for parts that do not need replacing. Shame I did not read this earlier I would have asked him to do the work in front of me rather than leave him to his own devices. I was charged 500 dollars . Well I will be more aware moving forward.
