The technicians were both GREAT. The office staff and call back and communication was poor. The office never got back to us to explain what we were having done before the work was done, the cost of it all and how long it would take for parts to come in. I tried calling 4 or 5 times and no way to leave a message. We waited 2 weeks and finally the warranty people got in touch with them. I have asked for an itemized list of work done and still have not heard back. Once we get that we will pay for services. Not good communication but the technicians are AMAZING and do GREAT work!Service: A/C system repair

"Awesome experience!" Our technician Abdoul SAVED the day, because it is very very hot in Texas! Also, we needed the service by a certain time due to an already scheduled appt. and his arrival and departure was perfect! We were able to get to our appointment.
