We purchased our home in June of 2023 and in December 2023 we discovered that our cast iron sewer system needed to be completely replaced. Our original quote from another provider was over a third of our homes value. We were shocked to say the least. We spent the next few weeks getting several other quotes and praying that we could find a vendor that could meet are needs at a fair price. Accurate Leak and Line came to our rescue. Overall, experience was positive, the repairs were completed at the quoted price and timeframe, but there was room for improvement.There was a lack of supervision at the job site, so the crew did not know where the leak was, and dug the tunnel in the wrong direction. This resulted in an extra work day plus a weekend of disruption. When restoring everything, the did not hook sprinkler lines back up correctly, nor did they test them before putting all the dirt and landscaping back.
