Our experience with Mike Garabedian and the staff at Garabedian Properties has been Fantastic. We have been in our Garabedian house for over 3 years. I can't comment enough on the Quality of the build and the Design of our home. We constantly have people driving by to take pictures of the outside. It is just a stunning home.In the February 2021 freeze and blackout, ours was the only house on the street that did not reach freezing temperatures inside. No pipe bursts as Garabedian designed the home to have all of the water heaters and water running through the home on the interior walls and within an encapsulated attic that remains the same temperature of the home.We have...read full review

I've known Mike for a number of years and having built multi-million dollar Customs myself, I can say that you WILL NOT FIND A BETTER BUILDER THAN MIKE! Premium quality, excellent business practices and a hidden Heart of Gold behind his goliath sized smile.
