We bought one of Mike's prebuilt homes in February of '23 and we are happy that we did. It has been a very good experience. We feel like we ended up with a quality-built home. Mike and his team have been very responsive to us and have made sure that we are satisfied. We look forward to many years of comfortable living in our Garabedian built home.

Our experience with Mike Garabedian and the staff at Garabedian Properties has been Fantastic. We have been in our Garabedian house for over 3 years. I can't comment enough on the Quality of the build and the Design of our home. We constantly have people driving by to take pictures of the outside. It is just a stunning home.In the February 2021 freeze and blackout, ours was the only house on the street that did not reach freezing temperatures inside.
