4 July 2023: Putman service put in a totally new A/C. Thing is a wire was misplaced in the whole process and the A/C did not work properly. The owner came immediately out to my residence on the evening of the 4th of July and corrected the problem. Installers were on time, polite and professional. I would recommend Putman A/C to anyone.....
