Please read this! My A/C went out on a Friday night. I have a home warranty with American Home Shield (AHS), so I contacted them for my issue. My call was assigned to Texas Heat and Air of Cleburne, TX. I received a text Saturday morning stating that a technician was scheduled for Monday between 8 am and 5 pm. My call was placed Friday, July 5th. It was HOT! I was surprised that no one coming until Monday.
