I was able to come in 5 min before closing to get work done on my readers. I did purchase my readers there a few months ago. The store was kept open and the job was done. I truly appreciate their commitment to customer service.

This time, I was taking a family member. I recommended Lakeside because I got the best pair of glasses I have ever had from the optician, Rick Florack.. They don't take vision plans, though the pricing is very good, especially since they explain the upgrades, add-ons, and extras in plain language so you can make an informed decision. Instead of selling my family member two pairs of glasses, they suggested a frame that came with clip-on sunglasses. The case even had a special compartment for the clip-on to keep both the glasses and clip-on from scratching each other.

Rick makes sure your glasses fit perfectly and he and Patty both are great about helping you find a pair of frames that suit you from their wide selection. It is a bit of a drive for me but always worth it. Thank you Lakeside Optical!
