Their sales rep Delia was a pleasure and helped guide me through all the decisions I needed to make in regard to my new beautiful shutters. I had some questions about our Hunter Douglas blinds that were installed by another dealer that has now gone out of business. I contacted Romer at Katy Blinds and he was kind enough to come to our house, look at our installation and helped me resolve the issue. If I install any more, I will certainly contact Romer.

I recently had my kitchen remodeled. Delia was wonderful—Very knowledgeable and helpful. Delia told me I could have the shutters custom painted to match my upper cabinets. The plantation shutters were completed in half the time quoted. Installation was quick and professional.I highly recommend this company.
