Gotcha Covered installed 16 shutters for us and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Pictures don’t really do it justice. The process was super simple and Rafael was very communicative and knowledgeable. We were a bit overwhelmed by colors and styles but Rafael’s recommendations were on-point. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.
We had a wonderful experience with Rafael and the entire team at Gotcha Covered of Katy. Rafael, the owner, personally came to our home for the consultation and was incredibly patient as we worked through the decision-making process for our outdoor automatic shades. He took the time to explain the different options, answer all of our questions, and help us make the right choice for our home without ever making us feel rushed or pressured.
Rafael stayed on top of communication throughout the entire process, which made everything feel organized and easy. The shades are beautiful, the quality is excellent, and the installation was handled professionally and efficiently.

Full disclaimer, I have not used these services, but I wanted to let others know that this is a by appointment business only. Do not drive out to the showroom during business hours. Edit to add - as the owner confirmed, it states this clearly on their website, I was just an idiot who didn't read. The owner was very kind, so just don't be an idiot like me.
