Due to unforseen circumstances the install was rescheduled. The day of install the crew was late but they were one of the best crews I've seen. They did a great job and left it as clean as when they started.

****EditedSadly it did take the below review but they came back & made sure we were perfect & made us a priority with additional follow-up to make sure we were 100% happy. I suspect it was the call center that dropped the ball as they use contractors that were unaware of our plight.For the price & now almost 2 years later we LOVE our windows - totally worth it once everything was fixed.Happy to change this review - but as with any service company it’s the follow up support that’s lacking. Ordered windows at the start of December they were install within a month before a bad freeze. Install time was about 3 hours from start to finish and they also coordinated with the city to get the inspection done as well great windows and great company.
