Their inspector came out and started showing us all these problems with our roof, and telling us how it was installed incorrectly and that if we tried to file a claim on it the insurance company would deny it because of poor workmanship. They wanted to sell us a new roof and we would have to pay for all of it. I called Scott. He knew exactly what kind of roof we had, came out a couple of hours later, and tacked the shingle back in place. He also did some very minor repairs.
