Every time I have had a leak (I had 30) Mr. Horton has come over to look at it within hours. The last time I called was the only time he didn't come, because he was attending his daughter's graduation from college out of state. The fact that Mr. Horton answered the phone and helped me find a solution that day is the most incredible customer service I have ever received.If you have roof problems this is the place you need to contact. Great business with even better owners/employees! Reliable workers, dedicated owner, efficient work, and wonderful results. Pam is always very knowledgeable and helpful on the phone. She is easy to talk to and gets the job done. Scott puts his customers first and makes you feel important. Scott gets the job done in a timely fashion at a great and reasonable rate.
