Our house originally had that cheap, old compressed particle wood siding. Ramirez Roofing completely transformed the exterior by stripping it all down so that virtually no old wood was left on the exterior of the house.

They upgraded our entire home with:

- Premium Hardie fiber cement siding
- New insulation and high-quality house wrap
- OSB TechShield radiant barrier plywood (a massive game-changer for energy efficiency)
- Replaced a few rotted studs and completely rebuilt the chimney frame due to water damage.

“I had some damaged ridge shingles and my roof being close to 10 years old needed some other touch ups to ensure its continued performance. I contacted K & J Integrity Roofing and was put in touch with Kristan, their project manager in this matter. She came out the next day to survey the damage and other issues to be addressed across the entire roof system. Kristan is very knowledgeable about roofing and was a pleasure to work with. I had a quote for the work within a day and we decided to proceed. This is when a good company is set apart from a great company. The guys came out to perform the maintenance and repairs. Everything went great except the ridge shingles that were installed did not match the rest of the roof. Kristan was notified and within a day the guys were back out with the right shingles were installed to correct the mistake.
