STX did a great job installing our slate-look Euroshield roof! In the case of STX, my salesperson was at my house every day. My experience with contractors (both industrial and residential) is that they put their best people in sales. Once the job is sold, all expectations and agreements stay with the salesperson and never make it to the field. It also helped that the salesperson was the owner, Russell. Some highlights that I valued:
* Management presence every day.
* Regular communication with the product supplier to ensure the installation complied with the warranty requirement.
* Magnetic cleanup at the end of every day, even into the dark evening hours.
