John Lawrence and K & J did a great job on our roof. John walked us through the insurance process, which was confusing in and of itself.John came out when he said he would and explained everything in detail and made it easy to understand. He made the whole process painless.The crews showed up at the exact time he said they would, and finished pretty quickly, for a roof our size. The crews were respectful of our property and did a great job cleaning up.It's hard to get contractors to show up at all, much less provide this level of service. I would not hesitate to hire these guys again.
