“Bay Area Roofers just replaced my 14 year old roof with an absolutely beautiful new roof.

I signed the contract with Brayden on Thursday and the next Tuesday, Herminio and his fabulous crew put on my new roof.

I must admit that I was a little nervous as this was my first time having to replace a roof.

However, Nathan, the owner, was beyond kind to explain on how the process worked and even told me to contact him if I had any further questions.

An owner who took the time to speak to me, the client, and put me at ease was truly impressive.

Brayden even showed up twice to my home during the roofing process to ensure that everything was going well and if I had any issues. That is professionalism at its very best.

From the very beginning to the very end it was an extremely professional and smooth process.

Herminio and the entire crew who put on my new roof were outstanding.

Everyone at Bay Area Roofers are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and kind hearted.

I am overjoyed with my beautiful new roof.

“CALL THEM. I find them online using AI. They service my area and have great reviews, so I schedule an estimate. Two young men show up as scheduled, look it over, and give me two estimates. Two? Yep, and both the estimates are very much lower than what I had already received. First estimate- Stop the leak and a couple of shingles. It was so much cheaper than the estimates I had already gotten that I laughed. The Second Estimate- Stop the leak, replace the rotted part of the deck, replace vent (plastic to metal), and replace all necessary shingles. This was what everyone else had quoted. ES&S Roofing price was more than $1K cheaper. I added a roof tuneup to prevent future problems and still came out spending less. Now for the most impressive worker I’ve met in a long time: Miguel. The man may have been born on a roof. He is fast and his work is done correctly. His work ethic is stunning. He is an actual craftsman. It started raining while he worked. That L90 Tropical Storm blew in. The man worked in the rain. He was going to make sure that my home wasn’t damaged by anymore water. He gets it done. He came back early the next morning for the roof tuneup. He got about halfway through and then got chased off the roof by wind and rain. He came right back the next morning and finished it. He does not quit. He does not cut corners. This company does honest top quality work for a great price. Call them for a quote.“

easy to work with, understood exactly what I wanted, was very responsive to my texts, and didn't flinch when I threw some changes in just when the work was almost done. Leo headed up the actual work at my place and was very kind, considerate and responsive to my questions and concerns.
