Windsanity Mini Split

Windsanity installed a new mini-split after the old unit stopped working. The price was about a third of other quotes, and mini-splits are their specialty. Communication was excellent, scheduling was easy, and the technician arrived on time and did a clean installation. They followed up after the job. They found the problem, sent videos, and did not charge an arm and a leg. Other HVAC companies wanted thousands to replace the unit, which was not the solution. The installation was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The technician explained what he was doing and how to use the unit in easy to understand lingo. Super clean work. The old unit wasn’t installed correctly, and finding someone good was a frustration. Windsanity came up as the best rated. They were super responsive and the installer was out the next day. He is by far the nicest AC technician. They gave an excellent quote on a new unit and installed the system same day. With an 8 year warranty on the compressor and 6 years on the other parts. Now the garage feels great inside, and it’s 90 degrees outside. Fast, friendly, and attentive service that feels personal and reliable—truly a pleasure to work with and highly recommended.
