Dario Duarte was prompt, professional, very informative, courteous, and well dressed. He kept us informed of his arrival time and completed the HVAC maintenance in a timely manner. He was willing and patiently answered all questions we had regarding the HVAC system. Air Dynasty came to my home to do a routine service visit. My technician -- Addison, was very professional and knowledgeable, and did a thorough job. I was unaware of how dirty my two units were but Addison took some very useful photos and documentation during his inspection. He was able to properly diagnose what all was going on with them and clearly explain how things could be rectified. I was very pleased with the service he provided. I will be utilizing their services again.

Adan wa prompt, arriving in the designated time. He explained what he was going to do and what he was looking for. I asked questions that didn't necessary relate to the visit but he answered them in a way I could understand. I really appreciated that.
