On 8/29/23 Turbo Home Service replaced my (2) a/c & furnace(s) which were at the end of their useful life. I couldn't be more pleased with the final result. Quiet and cool.Teams A & B delivered a textbook install and customer service! They certainly lived up to the high praise, Turbo's Jesus Santibanez, has for them. He told me these guys were exceptional and they were.Jesus Santibanez sold me the upgrade package and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I called on Sunday to have a tech come out and sevice my unit. He showed up same day. Through accessing work needed to be done on my 22 year old unit wee agreed on replacing my entire unit inside and out. The guys worked all day in extreme conditions. All work looks clean. No corners cut. House is cooling down. Thank God.
Christian came by immediately and was able to perform a diagnostic assessment on my equipment. He is a wealth of information and I will be keeping them as my primary contact going forward. Thank you.
