We had a great experience with our HVAC technician Robert! He was very helpful throughout the whole process, especially with helping us choose and order a new AC unit. He also took the time to explain the installation process and helped us with setting up an installment plan. He was knowledgeable, patient and made everything much easier for us. We really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing HVAC services!
The visit was very convenient that he came by. We managed to get everything done in a timely fashion, and I feel that we will achieve great things very quickly with the decision that we made and how quickly Chad Jackson was able to get things moving.
Felipe and Logan were the utmost professional, understanding, patient, caring and knowledgeable as expected of all the ARS staffing I have encountered. I have been a faithful and loyal customer with ARS for 17 years now and will continue for many more years to come. I wish I could have given 10 stars instead.
