David was so nice and thorough. He arrived quickly and used shoe covers to protect our floors. I will always ask for him when we need help. He explained everything so clearly and made sure I understood my options for service. He did not try to charge for extras I didn’t need too. I asked for the Main Drain Line cleaning as well. He explained what he was going to do and also what other services we could have in the future. Our house is old, built in 1971, and will need future services for sure at my request. I recommend ARS and we love David! Thank you for a very good experience and a very reasonable price!
I called ARS because I knew they come out 7 days a week, and they installed my furnace in the past and did a good job. Well, last week on a Saturday my ac went out and my thermostat was showing an overcurrent error. So I called ARS and scheduled an appointment for Sunday from 10-2. Near the end of the appointment window, I called because I hadn’t heard from anyone. The lady on the phone told me a name of a tech who was scheduled to come to my house, that he was running late, and that I would be the next stop and hearing from him shortly.
