Today's Vision-Downtown provides excellent customer service, with a great front desk team and staff. Many patients have been loyal for years, finding the long drive totally worth it for the care. The doctor is highly recommended for being willing to spend however long it takes to ensure patients are happy with their contacts, working with them until everything is just right. The business also validates parking. However, some parents would not recommend this place for children, feeling the provider can rush through exams with them, not taking enough time to explain procedures or address concerns. Frame orders can sometimes take over two weeks to be ready.
I really like today's vision, I know I'm due to have my eyes checked but I will take care of Monday for an appointment but there's a lot of selections on eyeglasses they're very helpful.. the doctors are very nice 🙂... I would recommend today's vision to anyone needing to get their eyes checked.. the staff are fantastic
I’ve been to dozens of eye doctors and I’m glad to have run into Dr.Kong today. He explained everything very well and is on the more comprehensive side of things. Great doctor and very efficient.
I had gone to Dr. Chow for years while I worked downtown. After I retired I went to a closer location. It was “ok” but nothing special. This year I went back to Dr. Chow and although it was a long drive, it was totally worth it. Oh and they validate parking! Dr. Chow is always willing to spend however long it takes to make sure I am happy with my toric contacts. This year I had to try out different lenses multiple time because they discontinued the ones I was using. Dr. Chow worked with me until they were just right. I highly recommended Dr. Chow at Today’s Vision Downtown Houston!!
