The staff and overall customer experience was excellent. If you’re local in the area I would recommend a visit. Explanation of vision benefits & helping me pick out a new pair of glasses was great.
I needed a last minute appointment, and the staff was so great when it came to accommodating me. the scheduling process was so easy and they gave me detailed information regarding the whole visit. the girls at the reception were soo sweet and professional!! Maddie did the first half of my exam and Stephanie gave me detailed information regarding my payment!! Dr. Van Nguyen was extremely patient and helpful when explaining to me the results of my eye exam. she was also took time to listen to all of my concerns and was super sweet and understanding when answering my questions !! Dr. Van is the best!! I have been going to Dr. Nguyen for about 5 years. I made a crack about how we don’t openly talk about things in my family, much less our medical history. Plus, there was limited record keeping as both of my parents were refugees. She always takes the time to ask questions and then explain what she is looking for - early signs of potential health issues. My vision has always been terrible but consistent for as long as I can remember. She noticed slight changes in my blood vessels and asked about my sleep habits and screen time.
