Finally I found a workout regimen that fits my needs! The instructors are highly motivational and very friendly. The workouts are intense but very rewarding. Kenneth and the instructors do their best to make you feel at home. Very happy with joining this gym and I encourage you to check it out as well. Thank you Daesha, Haley, Gustavo and the other instructors!!

The audiovisual aspect of the classes helps you learn the punches and combinations faster - when in doubt, there's a screen nearby to show you.The classes are high intensity - and they include conditioning.The instructors are pretty good, too.

I like the high-tech aspect of the gym. In traditional gyms, you have to memorize the combinations shouted out by the instructor. Here, multiple screens allow you to see the sequence, so you spend more time executing and exercising the exact combinations.The multiple types of bags and targets allow you to practice the different kinds of punches. Nothing like the aqua bag and wrecking ball to practice uppercuts. They include a round with human-like targets that move, to practice timing.They are very responsive to suggestions to improve the gym.It is very conveniently located here in the Houston Heights.And there's no better instructor around than Daesha.
