Great service. Very responsive and helpful.
We purchased a Rinnai tankless system 12 years ago and this was the first time that we have needed service. Our Technician, Sam, went right to work and when he didn't have a part, came back late in the day to install the last part needed to put the system back in full operation. His diligence, willingness to explain things to me, and dedication were greatly appreciated. I probably could have called someone more local, but I'm glad I called the Hot Water Guys!
Sam was professional, right price for the service vs other company saved them to my phone for future calls. Veronica that booked my call was VERY thorough and giving me all the details she possibly could for what price quote could be. Great customer service all around
