I was going to install an irrigation meter and misunderstood the process. I paid a deposit and months later requested a refund. The customer service issue mentioned in the past is no longer an issue. They were kind, courteous, and made sure to help me as much as possible. Will use them again in the future, especially when I tackle that irrigation meter project.
