The evaluation team of David (nursing) and Rochelle (physical therapy) performed a comprehensive evaluation to determine the best path forward during my recovery journey.

Erica provided skilled nursing care which included health monitoring, timely medication management, and education on managing my heart health conditions. These were comprehensive and tailored to my specific health needs. Erica showed sympathy and empathy during my journey which helped me to recover faster.

Matthew provided physical therapy with comprehensive therapeutic exercises, functional training activities, and education for both me and my son. This significantly improved my ability to perform routine daily activities and greatly reduced the risk of falling and any unfortunate hospital readmissions.

“Moving to FL has had it's challenges. Especially with Wyatt’s feeding tube supplies. We have now moved Pediatricians 3 times, as well as medical supply companies. We found Pediatric Home Service online and spoke to Shalini, an Outreach Representative. When I told her we bought our own pump and have been paying for things out of pocket because of the delays with other companies (not complaining we will do whatever is needed) she took matters into her own hands and lead control.
