Shane was professional and friendly. He asked questions about the faulty equipment and was attentive when I explained the issue. He made sure everything was in working condition before departing. Very pleased.

Very helpful. Made sure tubing was compatible with my son’s nebulizer machine he is currently using.I informed Shane my son preferred the nebulizer mouth piece versus masks.He emailed company to inform them immediately.Thank you!

I love this company! Shane was great! He was very nice and personable and he brought my boxes in for me. I love that this is actually a personal delivery service as opposed to just a shipment, it’s very refreshing in the midst of our daughters medical situation. 10/10 recommend!
