At Your Side has provided several years of excellent service for my elderly mother. The company has been flexible and responsive to last-minute requests and their employees are compassionate and competent.
At Your Side was there when we needed them and surpassed our expectations. As all the children live out of town and Mom and Dad want to stay in their home, we had to make the right decision for their wellbeing. We agonized over what to do and if it would be enough. Mom and Dad have always been so good to us and we want to give them the best care - the care they deserve. Because of the wonderful caregivers and office staff at AYS , we felt comfortable with them at home. They have absolutely great caregivers. I cannot thank this team ENOUGH for the care and supports. Adding a caregiver is NEVER an easy decision. After a few nights without sleep ...the AYS staff came in to help. We got some much needed rest, and our Mom loved her team. She felt safe and confident. That is so important. THANK YOU Hilda, Fatale, and the AYS team. A HUGE thank you to Travis for taking my crazy calls!
