March 4, 2024-Updating my previous review. Greg and his team have been providing care for my husband for almost three years. Since May 2023 when his care needs dramatically increased, Greg provided exceptional service as we transitioned my husband to bed-bound care. Since then, we have had 1 or 2 hours of care every day and 24/7 overnight care when I need to be out of town for work. Jessica manages the scheduling and I love the easy way I can email her ahead of time with any additional hours needed. I have been grateful to Home Instead for helping me get through the challenges of caregiving for my 92 year old husband. Greg and the staff have chosen just the right caregivers for my husband. Our day caregiver has been with us over a year and has become like family.Barbara C.

I have been using Home Instead since 2017 and couldn’t be more pleased. During that time I have had two excellent caregivers. They have been professional, well trained and able to meet my husband’s needs as his Parkinson’s disease has progressed over the years. My current caregiver has served us for over three years. I don’t know what I would do without Home Instead. I’ve recommended them to two of my friends and they have also been pleased.
