“My water heater started leaking. I called Ronald and discussed pricing for replacing it. He was informative and straight forward with the pricing. I felt he gave me a fair estimate, so set up for him to come out and look at the job for a complete estimate. He was very respectful and nice. Gave me the estimate and we set up for them to return the next day to do the work. A couple hours later, he called and there was a scheduling problem. I thought, \\\"Oh boy, here we go\\\". To my surprise, he asked if it would be ok for them to come back today and complete the job! Of course I said yes! They returned and completed the job, left the place clean and neat. I was able to ask questions about the care of the water heater and recommendations. All my questions were answered. I would/will use them again without hesitation. Thank you Ronald and team!!“

Not only was my problem gone but thanks to .50 cal engineering so is my house!! These guys do great services for mortgage payments as well. I can't thank them enough. Also if anyone has a small house i could rent for a little bit let me know.“

I called about a situation I'm in and they could have easily said yes they will do this for me, but instead explained to me that in my situation in my apartment that I have done exactly what they would have pretty much done and that there isn't a reason at this point to do anything and I would pretty much just be giving them money for nothing!!! So thank you for your honesty!!! When I need something in the future I will give you my business!!!“

Mr. Rooter plumbing was 1st referred to us through AHS and they have earned our repect as a A+ Company.
