“Jim is…. Incredible. He came in and helped when we had no other direction to turn. Usually my boyfriend can fix anything and usually does but we came to a stand still and Jim saved us thousands. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else as much as I recommend Jim. THANK YOU JIM!!”
“Cody Holt when above and beyond what I would expect he went out of his way, he drove all the way to the College Station to get a motor to try to get me going came back today. I've been down for 4 days, he came back today. And finally got me up and going and I'm so appreciative, I hope you all take care of him. He's a valued employee, and on the way is a company for taking care of me.”
“Andy Vidal was exceptionally knowledgeable about my Lennox system. While he may be new to Mackey Services, he is definitely not new to the industry. It was fantastic to have someone with his skill set and knowledge working on my new Lennox system. I would highly recommend him to anyone else and will specifically ask for him in the spring to perform service and maintenance on my HVAC system.”
