“We had a great experience with Grand Slam Plumbing! I called this morning to schedule an appointment for two outdoor leaking faucets that were installed under brick and mortar. I called at 8:35 and they were here by 10:30. We live in an older home and had a plumber come out about 7 years ago to evaluate them. He told us it would cost thousands of dollars because of how they were installed. He threw on some plumbers tape and sealed the leaks. That lasted a year or so and we were back to dealing with leaking faucets. We put it off for many years due to what we were told the price would be and how much brick and mortar would have to be removed to replace it. Kent came out, gave us a quote, and had the job done in an hour and a half. He even consulted with me on a bathroom issue and gave me a quote to add an additional water line in the future. The cost of the faucet replacements were a cost, but very affordable. It was not “thousands of dollars” and Kent was able to remove a small amount of brick and mortar and patch it back up for us. We now have new shiny non-leaking faucets that are outside of the brick and mortar. It’s just one less nagging thing to worry about from a homeowners perspective. Thank you Kent for taking extra time to consult with me today and for Grand Slam being able to get someone out so quickly! We will most certainly be calling them back for our bathroom issue and recommending them to all friends and family.“

“Dustin is upfront with the quotes and Danny is fantastic on the job and handles any issues that come up smoothly and Adam is great with communicating scheduling and questions. I called them out in the past because I thought my pipes had burst in a freeze, they could have charged me an arm and a leg for "repairs" but were honest and just fixed the faucet that was causing the issue at a coincidental time. Integrity and respect for their customers throughout the employees can be a really hard trait to find in companies these days, but Choice Plumber's has got it.This was the second or third time Ive had them do work for me over the past few years and they are still doing an outstanding job. They moved the water, gas and drain lines so that I could move my washer and dryer from my kitchen area into a storage room. Dealt with City of Mont Belvieu permitting/inspections and did a fine job with a great attitude. I work night shift and getting people that are willing to work with me on my time frame can be a challenge because Im not just always awake when 9-5 people are so knowing when they are going to show up is important for my sleep schedule and they are always super willing to work with me.They are my go to for all my plumbing needs and I expect to use them again when I need plumbing help.tl:dr It's a great company that deserves a great review.“
