These guys are amazing! They came out the same day we called them. The prior company inspector the heater and told us it needed a new mother board "if they could find one" at a cost of $1600. If they couldn't, it was a new system at $5000+. Alex's checked it and found it was a capacitor, which they repaired for $200.These guys are focused on fixing your unit and not upselling you a brand new unit.We will definitely be using Alex's for any of our heating and air conditioning needs going forward.

These guys came to work on my ice maker. We had a bit of a misunderstanding with the repair I was wanting, and they came back and made a first rate repair on my machine. Very easy to work with, good guys at a good shop. Fair and honest.

Alex is a pleasure to do business with. It's tough to find a mechanic that is honest and not just trying to sell/get a commission. Along with that being very responsive and affordable. Happy to have found a life long A/C man!
