“Highland Village Animal Medical Center is the best! We have been bringing our furry babies there for 20+ years. We moved to Denton two years ago and still make the drive to HV because of the outstanding care and love they provide. Everyone there is outstanding, from doctors, to technicians to front desk. And Dr. Lorien Schoelkopf is so very gentle with our 14 year old Schnauzer/Poodle and our 7 year old Australian Cattle dog/American Staffordshire. Love these folks!! Always thankful for their outstanding care.“

“My cat has been going here for a couple years after they were able to get her in due to an emergency. Recently, Milo (my cat) has been seen by Dr. Herrod who has been amazing in figuring things out for her. She was able to see Milo prior to a procedure to rule out an infection and has given many recommendations to help her. I am really grateful for this as my cat is my little baby and having someone care for her and not make it seem like it's about a cash-grab is relieving.“

“Dr. Dees and the team at Riverchase are angels on earth. We had a Weimaraner that was the light of our world. The team at Riverchase loved him and cared for him as if he was their own.

Through some surgeries, some ailments, some illnesses, and even in health, the team at this animal hospital were better than I’ve ever experienced.

Especially though his later years and into hospice, Dr. Dees and her team went above and beyond to ensure our boy was able to get the care he needed while limiting his stress and discomfort.

Our sweet Polo crossed over the rainbow on 2/14/26, after 13.5 years of borrowed time, and he wouldn’t have had the life he had without this great team.

You’ve known Polo for a long time and you’ve been nothing but loving, caring, empathetic, and exceptional to our family member. Sometimes, the vet visit means something isn’t going well, but every visit, every check up, we knew he was in the best hands and that you all ACTUALLY cared.

Thank you for your support, your kindness, and your love of Polo. We will miss him so dearly but we know his life was better because he had the best nurses and doctors a doggy could ask for. Thank you.“

“Calamity and Weston just had their annual check-ups, and once again Dr. Eubank and the whole team were absolutely wonderful. They treat my kitties with so much patience, kindness, and genuine care—you can tell they truly love what they do.

Calamity felt like the princess she believes she is, and Weston (my little food-motivated shadow) was completely at ease. Everything was explained clearly, the visit was thorough, and I left feeling confident my babies are in the best hands.

“My 23 year old cat came down blind suddenly, they were very caring, helpful, and worked around his extreme dislike of all things medical to find the cause of his issue and get a treatment plan that is working very well without stressing him out too badly. A couple of weeks later he had to go to an emergency vet for a separate issue, and Cross Timbers are working hand in hand with that vet to transfer his treatment over and get him the help and care that he needs. Fantastic experience with them, I highly recommend their services.“

“We had to bring in our sweet Dexter for an emergency splenectomy due to a ruptured mass. It was such a traumatic day, but everyone from the front desk staff to the vet techs to our surgeon were incredibly kind, patient and helpful. Throughout surgery and the recovery process they were honest and informative, and let us know that we could call or come in any time to check on our boy. I think we interacted with just about everyone on the team over those few days and that level of care was consistent across the board. I'm endlessly grateful to them for saving Dex and for taking such incredible care of him while he recovered. Dr Stone is so sweet and thorough, she explains everything with ease and makes you feel comfortable since it can be a little stressful when taking especially an older pet to the vet. “we have used CityVet flower mound for boarding, grooming, and vet care and have always had a great experience. We’ve always been able to get on the schedule and have found our pup to be cared for by the staff.“

“This is the best veterinary around! Beautiful large and clean facility and you don't have to wait long at all. Caring vet and techs. I've been to a few vets nearby and Bartonville Veterinary Center is the best of them all. Plus, my dog had major surgery there earlier this year and Dr. Cordero did a wonderful job.“

“My little girl Sheba was sick, coughing and wheezing it ended up being a heart murmur. Not knowing of her condition because she reallly didnt show any signs other thancought and sneezing. So, being iced and snowed in, I had to wait to take her to the hospital. The staff was honest about her condition and my options. I'm glad I left and took my baby home for her last moments. My grandson and I got to say goodbye, as she passed in my arms. I would not want it any other way. I'm very sad, but she isn't in pain
any longer, although she didn't show it.
