“Space Construction (Saado Ablasi) was everything I was looking for for our entire home remodel. When looking for a general contractor for a project this large and complex, I was particularly looking for three things: 1) Technical knowledge, skill and experience 2) Someone who could provide and manage all the different crews and specialists we required and 3) an effective and efficient communicator. I presented Todd with a couple of pictures to start with as ideas for our new pool and was amazed not only at how Todd quickly designed the perfect pool setting based on a couple of ideas, but I was also impressed that the computer design he came up with looked exactly like the finished project. We live in an area with unstable ground, and they were fully prepared and knowledgeable on building a safe, sturdy pool. We couldn’t be happier with our new pool. I highly recommend them.“

“We would recommend Valley Ridge. The company replaced our roof and acted as GC for other related work in connection with significant hailstorm damage in 2023. We recently experienced some leaking and reached out to the company. They were very responsive and evaluated with issue, which turned out to be unrelated to the work they performed in 2023, so not strictly warranty work. Regardless, they arranged tradespeople to address the problem and coordinated the billing. In particular, I would point out Emily (Ops Manager) and Jake (Sale Rep) as very competent, professional and responsive.“
