The workouts are intense but in the best way—I leave each session feeling stronger and refreshed. The variety of classes keeps things interesting, and the 24/7 access is a huge plus for my busy schedule. The semi-private saunas make it feel personal, and I don’t have to deal with crowded gyms. I've practiced under many yogis and I think she is the best. She is well informed on all types of yoga, keeps abreast of changing or new techniques that enhance mind, body and spirit.
