Always helpful, professional, friendly and kind. Kay was especially helpful today in finding when a check for credit went out. They've saved, healed, our fur family, and also helped us say goodbye to some.
We sadly had to put our rat down tonight because of an aggressive case of lung cancer. They did everything physically possible to help us keep the cost down but still do the right thing for our animal. They went above and beyond and let us take the time we needed for such a hard decision. A truly amazing place that cares about your animals!! Thank you so much for your care in these hard times.
Our cat Max passed away unexpectedly on 12.23.23. We called this place to discuss arrangements for the body. After arriving here late at night we were greeted by a very sympathetic staff member who gave us some privacy in an exam room so we could say our final farewells to Max. We were also given a number of options regarding cremations and memorializing him. They were very aware of the devastation we were feeling and treated us accordingly. On 12.29.23 we received a beautiful card from the hospital expressway sympathy for our loss. A touching poem was enclosed as well as a personalized message. Very moving, all of it. RIP Max.
