“On 12/3/25, I flew from California to Austin, Texas to assist my sister as a caregiver during her recovery from a medical procedure at St. David's Hospital in Georgetown. From start to finish, our experience was truly exceptional. The entire team-from the front desk staff to the nurses, aides, and doctors-treated both my sister and me with genuine care, professionalism, and respect. At every step, I felt seen, heard, and supported. Their kindness and attentiveness made a difficult time much easier, and I am deeply grateful for their compassion and dedication. The facility was clean, well-organized, and peaceful, which made my sister's recovery process so much easier. I appreciate the prompt service, the teamwork among the staff, and the positive atmosphere throughout the hospital. By the way, they have one of the most beautiful Christmas trees in their lobby I've ever seen. Pre-op nurse Regina had such a warm, uplifting personality that immediately put us at ease. After the procedure, post-op nurse Kelly cared for my sister with a gentle touch, a warm smile and a sincere warm personality, too. Nurse Jimmy brought a kind-hearted spirit that we truly appreciated. Jimmy if you're reading this, don't forget to finish the flower shed! Each of them was attentive and compassionate, checking on me and my sister throughout the entire process. Their professionalism, kindness, and humanity made all the difference that day. I would also like to extend my deepest gratitude to Dr. Mbachu and Dr. Russell for taking such exceptional care of my little sister.
