Hadn't been to the dentist in over 10 years. I was a ball of nerves, but the folks at aspen reassured me and didn't talk down on me and made me feel like a person instead of a wallet or a burden. They fully explained all the costs and different payment options in a kind way. Thanks Aspen dental!

The team at Aspen Dental was exceptionally nice. I hadn't seen a dentist in a few years since moving to Texas, so I was really nervous to start seeing someone new. The entire team at Aspen was welcoming and did not make me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed by the issues discovered. They worked with me to plan out my treatment, got me a referral for Endo, and helped me to understand my insurance benefits. Dental work is expensive, even with insurance, so I felt really comfortable with how they answered my questions about pricing, being able to complete my treatment in stages if insurance wouldn't cover some of it, and what the next steps are. This is place was so awesome today. The Office Manager Amanda made me feel welcome from first call. She is very patient and explains the whole process. The staff was very nice. The doctor explains everything throughly and also gives you knowledge yo understand the problems you are having. I recommend them. To top it off I am receiving treatment starting tomorrow.
