Dr. Bihm took the time to explain every step, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Their calm, gentle manner and genuine compassion truly set them apart.

Something else that stood out was the level of care after my procedure. Dr. Bihm personally called the next day to check on me and make sure I was feeling okay and didn't have any concerns.
