Second review (maintenance and inspection service call): still 5 stars! Anthony knows his stuff; he is very quick and polite and cleaned up after he finished his inspection.

First review (minor repair): Incredibly fast and well-priced! No sales pushiness, just good old fashioned good service. Will def call them again for any future issues!

My experience: Last night, I accidentally cut a wire by my outdoor unit while weed eating (rookie mistake). I called Affordable Air this morning and they had a tech out within only a few hours (even faster than promised, actually--when does that ever happen?!). Affordable Air to the rescue again. We have used them in the past for maintenance and duck cleaning over the years. This time we had no ac at all in 105+ weather. I called Affordable Air and Anthony (technician) was here the next morning. After checking the unit it appears that the capacitor was going out. He was able to replace it and true to his word that fixed it and we have cold air. In addition I had purchased a new thermostat for the home. Anthony was quick to install and assist with setting it up. Affordable Air is the best hands down.

The last repairman. Knew exactly what to do.
He pressured out the drain and it started working great . He is great employee for your company.

The first employee that came did nothing. He never. tried to fix anything.
