Reviews
I was fortunate enough to find Renee. I had long, curly, thick hair with multiple curl patterns. She worked her magic and gave me the best haircut. I will never go anywhere else.
I found Rennee while trying to find someone with curly hair experience. Her instagram photos seemed great but I guess I’ll never know. Our first interaction via text was great. She told me that she was pretty booked so the next available appointment was almost a month away. On the day of the of the appointment, I sent her a text at 3:30 to let her know that I will see her at the time of the appointment 5:30. To my surprise her reply was “oh I am sorry. I am not feeling well.” I completely understood since life happens but this became the pattern for my other 2 rescheduled appointments which were canceled each on the day of the appointment around 45 min before. I really tried to be understanding but at this point the disregard for other people’s time is unbelievable. This is just irresponsible and not a great way to run a business and treat a customer or a person in general. I am still in awe as I write this review. Good luck in everything you do!
