The former company had provided no data or information including patches that had been written. Tyler was a life saver. He has enabled us to launch our company to next level plus some. His team has executed changes and continuously makes recommendations and changes sometimes in a matter of hours that has made our customers and our future customers appreciative of the excellent program provided as part of our service that is easy to use and pull-down applicable data for their particular needs. Recently, a glitch in the former poorly written program by the former contractor caused problems with transferring data from the previous year to this year.
