I had a MacBook Pro that still had apple care coverage, which had a keyboard key that would stick down and not come up all the time. I went to the apple support site and this was one of the companies recommended.I was initially hesitant b/c it was not an official Apple Store, but they did a great job. They took my laptop, and all the registration for getting support was done via phone. The support person (Arash) would give me text messages that led to links. I was not sure about the $19 fee they initially assessed (in case they found the issue was not covered by apple) but it was, and they refunded me that amount.While they were at it, they even replaced my battery...read full review

My laptop screen broke and so I brought it in. They were extremely clear with diagnosing the problem and the steps needed to go forward. They gave updates over text and were very clear about the pricing. Excellent service, Justin was helping me and he was very patient and respectful. No complaints at all. 10/10 would recommend.

My iPhone had needed a replacement battery for some time. After two failed attempts atApple stores, I was referred to Mobile Kangarooin Frisco which was relatively convenient for me.They handled a battery replacement within a few hours so that I was not without my phone for several days, which was going to be almost impossible to deal with. Thank you to Mobile Kangaroo for their fast & thorough service!!
