Arman at Luxe was just awesome. I was in a tricky situation. Visiting Dallas for my first day at work and my lens popped out of my new eyeglass which I purchased back home in NJ. I couldn’t fix it but luckily Luxe was close by. I popped in and within 5 minutes Arman got me all fixed up. Didn’t charge me anything - just polite and super helpful - and such a great looking boutique eyewhere store. When I move to Dallas I will be back 🙂
I stopped by the store to look at some new glasses and ended up finding a pair I really liked. There was a nice variety of frames, and the staff were welcoming without being pushy.
