She dropped her phone off because the lightning cable wouldn’t plug in. He quoted her a price and said it’d take about an hour. I called to check and he said, “Oh, I fixed it. It wasn’t what I thought — there was a piece of an old plug stuck inside. No charge.” I tried to pay him for his time — he wouldn’t take it. Her phone’s perfect now.
