Filed a claim through my insurance and without giving it any thought, I accidentally booked an appointment the day of memorial day. I called the next day and told me to just swing by and drop it off and when i did I was told it would be ready in only a couple fo hours! Highly recommend them for any future phone repair I may need!

Setting the appointment was super easy and the phone was repaired and ready within the hour. This is the 2nd time I have used this business for a claim. The ONLY reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of damage to the phone both times.
The first time, they set the phone on something hot that essentially melted the back a little, pointing it out himself. I believe he offered to fix it, but I respectfully declined as I didn't want to deal with it at the time.
This time, same phone, the guy pointed out that there was some damage on the back bottom right corner, but said it was there before which was believable. The second I handed the phone to my daughter...read full review
