I took them an Apple Watch with an old battery that wouldn’t hold charge. After more than a month, saying it was fixed, 3 returns and $200+, I got back my phone which was only slightly better than before. TAKE YOUR DEVICE TO APPLE!
DO NOT GO HERE! This place is highway robbery at its finest. My dad went there today for an otter box case and a screen protector for iPhone 15. None of their items have price tags on them FYI and the employee is very sketchy.
Not only did they charge him $272, yes thats the right amount, but they didn’t inform him of ANY price prior to charging him, the otter box isn’t even a real otter box its an off brand look alike, and they wouldn’t give him a receipt. The guy working also tried telling my dad he needed to pay it in cash because his machine wasn’t acting right with his last 2 customers. Like what?!? No sir. Horrible! I had a back camera glass replaced and it was clearly raised and broke the next day. Guy said I could come back, I came back and now they want me to pay for another replacement. It wasn’t cheap either for a basic fix. 7.99 for the piece on Amazon.
